Have you ever wished there was an easy way to introduce your friends to Mooji?
Well, something totally new is coming. The author Isabel Losada (author of ‘The Battersea Park Road to Enlightenment’ which sold in 16 languages and ‘For Tibet, With Love’ about supporting The Dalai Lama) has met Mooji and writes about her experience in a new non-fiction book that is to be published next May.

In it Isabel finds herself lost on her spiritual journey. The universe is not responding to her wishes – she finds herself with no job and no man, her home life is in a mess. ‘Everything that could be wrong, was wrong’ she says. So Isabel sets out to rebuild her life and herself within it. She examines her environment by asking whether Feng Shui is rubbish or not, looks at taking action by going on an Anthony Robbins seminar ‘to awaken my inner giant, ha ha’ – she walks on fire and has fun. Then she takes the gruelling Vipassana retreat; 10 hours of silent meditation without movement per day for 10 days. Then (care of Hannah Gauri Ma) RUNS to Mooji. She describes her experience,
‘With Mooji’s gracious permission I have used many of his actual words in the chapter but it
was still a huge challenge to try and communicate what Mooji teaches to the reader without his presence. I was struggling to remain journalistic and objective – whilst being transported into
the usual state of bliss that Mooji creates around him. I have tried to capture it all and be funny too. Those who read it and haven’t met him then want to meet him.
My copy editor wants to know where she can find him. And I find myself sending my editor You Tube clips. This is sure to lead to even more crowded venues for Mooji’s teachings.’
In the final chapter Isabel wishes to test how happy she has become with the awareness that she is not her mind and goes off to the Amazonian jungle to meet a shaman and swallow some ‘sacred medicine’
or Ayawaska (class A hallucinogenic).
‘I had never taken any kind of drug before except coffee. The interesting thing about having your mind taken over by a drug – from the point of view of Mooji’s work is that you can watch what is happening from an observer point of complete calm. Many find the experience terrifying but I had learnt and understood that I am not my mind. So I just stood back and watched – it was a good test.’
Isabel offers the book to Mooji and to his community and hopes that it will be useful for us. She also adds some practical advice on how to support the book and Mooji’s books too.
‘Mooji’s books are not well placed on Amazon.co.uk and have almost no reviews as you’ve all
bought his books at intensives. In order to make his book strong it helps if you buy his at the same time as ordering this one. Mooji’s books will then automatically advertised on my page and everyone that becomes interested in Mooji’s teachings through my book will find his books there. Please don’t
imagine this is about either of us getting rich. I wish! Ha ha ha. The joy is in the reading and those
who read it will then want to come and hear him.’
